时代电气回购股份65万股 耗资1978万港元
财中社12月19日电时代电气（688187/03898）发布公告，披露了近期股份的变动情况。根据报告，截至2024年12月19日，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数为5.38亿股，相较于2024年12月18日的5.43亿股减少了489万股，变动比例为0.9007%。此次股份减少主要是由于在2024年12月12日至12月16日期间购回的H股股份已于12月19日被注销。
公告还提到，公司在2024年12月19日以每股30.9港元的价格购回了65万股，总支付金额为1978万港元。根据购回授权的决议，公司可购回的股份总数为5426万股，目前已购回的股份数量为682万股，占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的1.257%。
2024年前三季度，时代电气实现收入162.56亿元，归母净利润25.01亿元。
