【富力地产因拒不履行生效法律文书确定义务，被列入失信被执行人名单】金十数据12月20日讯，广州富力地产股份有限公司(02777.HK)公告称，广州市越秀区人民法院于12月17日宣布，因公司有履行能力而拒不履行生效法律文书确定义务，以及无正当理由拒不履行执行和解协议，将富力地产列入失信被执行人名单。富力地产表示，公司正在与相关当事人积极沟通，将持续关注相关事件进展，依法规及时履行相应的资讯披露义务。富力地产称，考虑到当前市场状况及公司预计现金流，在与部分境外债权人讨论后，公司准备了重组支持协议以供支持重组方案的相关债权人和交易公司等各方签署。重组预计将通过协议安排、同意征求、法律或其他程序实施。
