基石药业-B(02616.HK) 公布，旗下管线2.0重磅产品“CS5001(ROR1ADC)”全球多中心Ib期临床试验完成首例患者入组。
据介绍，CS5001是目前已知首个在实体瘤和淋巴瘤中，均观察到临床抗肿瘤疗效的ROR1 ADC，其临床
开发进展位于全球前二。临床数据显示，CS5001作为单药治疗侵袭性和惰性晚期淋巴瘤的客观缓解率高于同类竞品，具有快速注册上市及冲击一线联合治疗格局的潜力。
另外，CS5001全球多中心试验在美国、澳洲及中国同步进行，目前已推进至Ib期进行剂量优化，后续潜在扩展为II期单臂注册研究。(js/w)
