ATS (ATS) said Thursday it has closed a 200 million Canadian dollars ($139.2 million) private placement offering of 6.50% senior unsecured notes due 2032.
These notes will merge with the previously issued C$400 million of the same series following the statutory hold period, ATS said.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay outstanding amounts owed under the company's revolving lline of credit available under the company's senior syndicated credit facility, ATS said.
ATS' shares fell 0.5% in recent Thursday trading.
