智通财经APP获悉，周四，小赢科技(XYF.US)涨逾7%，报8.04美元。消息面上，小赢科技宣布，将以每股7.67美元的价格从其大股东手中回购635万股美国存托凭证，相当于3809万股A类普通股，总回购价格约为4870万美元。
据悉，该公司已批准一项新的5000万美元的A类普通股回购计划，有效期至2026年6月30日。从大股东手中的回购完成后，该公司之前的两个股票回购计划将完成。根据新的5000万美元股票回购计划，约有1590万美元将用于未来的潜在回购。
