智通财经APP讯,华人置业(00127)发布公告,于2024年12月19日,卖方 KNIGHTLIGHTS PROPERTY INTERNATIONAL S.A.(公司的间接全资拥有附属公司)与买方 ELLISON SPV 2 LIMITED订立买卖协议,据此,根据买卖协议所载条款及条件,卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该物业,代价为1.62亿英镑(不包含增值税)。完成已于买卖协议签订日期落实。
该物业为一幢位于英国伦敦St James’s Square 11及12号以及Ormond Yard 14至17号的综合用途楼宇,主要由一幢总室内净面积为82024平方英尺分布于地下低层、地下及楼上六层的甲级写字楼组成,建于一幅永久业权土地上。
由于集团主要从事(其中包括)物业投资及发展业务,故出售事项乃于集团一般及日常业务过程中进行,且与其善用并管理资源以更有效发展物业组合的策略相符。出售事项让集团重新分配所得款项,以在其他投资机会出现时运用,并在有需要的情况下因应市况调整其投资组合的整体策略。
