成都高速签新协议避免同业竞争
财中社12月18日电成都高速（01785）发布公告，提及与控股股东成都交投及成都交投交通建设管理集团有限公司签订的新避免同业竞争协议，旨在取代原协议。根据新协议，建管集团及其附属公司在协议生效期间不得从事竞争性业务，并需书面通知公司关于新业务机会的情况。
公告指出，公司全体独立非执行董事分析了成都至峨眉山高速公路项目的财务状况，认为该项目预期收益低且风险高，参与将对公司财务指标产生负面影响，因此决定暂不参与该项目的投资建设与运营。该项目的估算总投资为188.21亿元。若公司未来行使新避免同业竞争协议的相关权利，将遵循适用法律法规及相关披露要求。
