智通财经APP获悉，核技术公司Oklo(OKLO.US)周三宣布，与Switch达成了一项不具约束力的主电力协议，将在2044年之前部署12千兆瓦的Oklo Aurora发电站项目。
主协议建立了一个合作框架，预计随着项目里程碑的达成，各项具有约束力的协议将最终确定。根据主协议，Oklo将开发、建设和运营发电厂，向美国各地的Switch设施提供电力。
Oklo联合创始人兼首席执行官Jacob DeWitte表示：“我们很高兴与Switch达成这项历史性协议。我们有着共同的愿景，即核能在推动人工智能发展和为世界提供丰富能源方面发挥着重要作用。”
Switch是一家技术基础设施生态系统公司，提供人工智能、云和企业数据中心。
