智通财经APP讯，郑州银行(06196)公布，经股东于临时股东大会批准，(i)赵飞先生及李红女士各自已获重选或选举为第八届董事会执行董事;(ii)张继红女士、刘炳恒先生、卫志刚先生各自已获重选或选举为第八届董事会非执行董事;及(iii)李小建先生、王宁先生、刘亚天先生及萧志雄先生各自已获重选或选举为第八届董事会独立非执行董事(统称为“第八届董事会董事”)。于本公告日期，董事会进一步决议选举赵飞先生为该行第八届董事会董事长。
经股东于临时股东大会上批准，耿明斋先生及徐长生先生已分别获重选为第八届监事会外部监事。
