Seatrium (SGX:5E2) has decided to allow its contract to convert the Golar Gandria, a liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier, to lapse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
This follows Golar LNG's decision to sell the vessel for demolition in 2023. Seatrium has not commenced any work on the Golar Gandria and the contract lapse will have no material financial impact on the company, it said in a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
