Far East Orchard (SGX:O10) completed the disposal of Rendezvous Hotel Perth Central to Chesterfield Property Group and Mountstreet Operations for a total consideration of AU$18.5 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The disposal is part of the group's strategy to realize the value of the hotel and to improve its capital allocation.
The disposal was carried out through its subsidiaries, Far East Hospitality Properties Australia and Rendezvous Hotel Australia.
