智通财经APP获悉，高盛发布研究报告称，翰森制药(03692)12月18日宣布以1.12亿美元首付款及19亿美元里程碑付款及基于产品销售的特许权使用费，与默沙东订立全球独家许可协议-即口服GLP-1小分子药物HS-10535的全球销售权。高盛认为，翰森制药可在内地、港澳共同推广或单独商业化该产品。高盛予翰森制药“买入”及目标价20.97港元。
该行表示，翰森制药在过去两年，本次是第二次与跨国公司合作，此前该公司向GSK授权了两种ADC药物，该行表示，正面看待该公司创新产品线日益增长的全球潜力。由于GLP-1口服药物的竞争日趋激烈，高盛表示留意到更多的后来者试图在目标选择和适应症开发上寻求差异化。然而，翰森制药已开发了全面的GLP-1产品组合，涵盖注射和口服药物，另一项口服GLP-1(HS-10501)也已进入第一阶段临床试验，高盛认为该药物也具有许可潜力。该公司计划在2025年上半年进行第二阶段的研究。
