智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘普跌，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)跌5.81%，报0.405港元；融创中国(01918)跌2.86%，报2.38港元；富力地产(02777)跌2.72%，报1.43港元；新城发展(01030)跌2.13%，报1.84港元。
花旗发布研报称，中央继续推动内房市场止跌回稳；加大城市更新力度；充分释放住屋/升级需求；控制土地供应，活化现有土地或非住宅物业；建立新的发展模式等政策。内房板块的估值似乎受到多个基本面利好因素支持，相信支持楼市政策正朝着正确方向发展，但需要时间。
中邮证券指出，11月房地产开发景气指数为92.62，为连续第7个月回升，我们认为在政策的作用下新房及二手房成交有明显改善，且持续性较强，地产已实现阶段性回稳。但房企投资信心仍有待恢复，部分购房需求集中释放后，仍需观察后市居民预期是否偏弱，明年政策仍将维持宽松环境，地产有望持续向好。
