数字健康医疗服务平台健康之路股份(02587.HK)公布招股详情，计划全球发售2,500万股股份，当中一成即250万股于本地公开发售，其余九成即2,250万股则为国际配售部分。
每股招股价介乎7.8至8.8元，最多集资2.2亿元。每手买卖单位500股，入场费约4,444.38元，招股期由明日(18日)起至下周一(23日)止，预料于下周二(24日)定价，本月30日于联交所主板挂牌上市。建银国际担任独家保荐人。
是次招股引入横琴粤澳深度合作区产业投资基金为基石投资者，将认购9,500万元人民币等值股份，若以招股价中位数每股8.3元计算将涉及1,227.4万股，占上市后已发行股本约1.4%。
以招股价中位数计，健康之路上市所得净额为1.21亿元，所得款项净额约60.5%将用于业务发展，包括拓展特药药房网络和增聘员工；约21%预期用于战略投资或收购，约14.5%用于研发，余下约4%为营运资金及一般企业用途。
