智通财经APP获悉，据媒体报道，长实集团(01113)主席李泽巨2024年的花红将削减10%，变相少收近300万港元，这也是他连续第二年经历花红下跌。
长实2023年度年报显示，李泽巨该年度花红为2917万港元，按此金额削减一成计算，即李泽巨2024年的花红将削至2625万港元左右。2022年，李泽巨收取花红3254万港元，即其2023年花红已同比减少10.36%。
长实2023年持续业务的股东应占溢利为173.4亿港元，同比跌10.2%，与李泽巨花红减幅相当，而2022年持续业务的股东应占溢利为196.27亿港元，同比降5.7%。
长实2024年中期业绩显示，股东应占溢利为86.03亿港元，同比下降16.73%。该公司上半年物业销售收入为46.35亿港元，同比下降43.79%。
