港铁(00066.HK) 东涌东站第一期物业发展项目将于今日(18日)下午2时截收标书。截至下午12时50分，现场收到3份标书，当中长实(01113.HK) 有份入标。
曾经流标的东涌东站项目位于兴建中的东涌东站对面，港铁将项目“拆细”分期发展，并重新推出。项目早前有多间发展商递交意向书，包括新地(00016.HK) 、恒地(00012.HK) 、会德丰地产、俊和发展、建灏地产、远东发展(00035.HK)、信置(00083.HK) 、英皇、华懋等。
第一期位于项目的东南部分，最高可建住宅楼面面积约32万平方呎，料提供600伙，与去年首次推出时比较，住宅面积大减53%。项目综合市场估值约3.2亿至4.8亿，每平方呎估值约1,000至1,500元。(sl/u)
