　　商汤发布公告，完成根据一般授权配售新B类股份。配售事项的所得款项净额约为27.87亿港元。公司拟将有关所得款项净额主要用于支持公司的核心业务发展，包括打造行业领先的AI云、提升公司业界性能领先的商汤大装置的规模、支持生成式人工智能（包括大模型研究及产品开发）的进一步发展，并用作公司的一般营运资金。
