智通财经APP讯，龙源电力(00916)发布公告，公司已于2024年12月18日完成公司中期票据发行。本中期票据发行总额为人民币20亿元，期限为3年，单位面值为人民币100元，票面利率为1.85%，利息自2024年12月19日起开始计算。
本中期票据由招商银行股份有限公司作为主承销商以及中国工商银行股份有限公司、上海银行股份有限公司、中国银河证券股份有限公司、华泰证券股份有限公司作为联席主承销商公开发售。本中期票据所募集资金拟用于补充日常流动资金及偿还公司有息债务。
