广州白云山医药集团股份有限公司（“公司”）董事会于2024年12月20日收到公司副总经理黄海文先生递交的书面辞职报告。黄海文先生因个人原因，辞去公司副总经理的职务及公司附属企业的所有职务。辞职后，黄海文先生不再担任公司及公司附属企业的所有职务。根据《公司法》和《公司章程》的相关规定，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。

黄海文先生确认与公司董事会和公司并无任何意见分歧，亦没有任何其他事项须提请公司股东注意。黄海文先生辞去公司副总经理职务不会对公司的日常经营管理活动产生不利影响。
