VibroPower (SGX:BJD) informed holders of its warrants that the rights to subscribe for new shares will expire on Jan. 16, 2025, at 5 pm, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The exercise price is set at SG$0.10 per new share, the filing said.
The last day for trading in the warrants on the Singapore Exchange will be Jan. 9, 2025. The warrants will be delisted from the SGX-ST on Jan. 17, 2025.
