　　小菜园是知名中国大众便民中式餐饮市场直营连锁餐厅之一，以业务规模和增长率计均居于业内顶级行列。小菜园菜品主要以农家红烧肉、地锅仔鸡、臭鳜鱼等徽菜闻名。截至最后实际可行日期，公司有623家在营的直营门店，覆盖中国13个省的135个城市或县。目前，公司的主要门店经营地区位于华东地区，且公司亦已将门店网络扩展至中国其他地区。
