消息面上，STERLING GP发布公告，于2024年12月17日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司拟按配售价每股配售股份0.070港元配售最多5760万股，相当于现有已发行股份总数20%;及经配发扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.7%。配售价为每股配售股份0.070港元，较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.086港元折让约18.6%。
配售事项的所得款项净额预期约为3.95百万港元，公司拟将配售事项的全部所得款项净额用作一般营运资金用途，以满足其持续发展及现有营运及╱或业务开发。
