Triton Minerals (ASX:TON)

Triton Minerals received clearance from the Foreign Investment Review Board for Shandong Yulong Gold to purchase 70% of the company's Mozambique graphite assets for AU$17 million.

Provaris Energy (ASX:PV1)

Provaris Energy, German energy company Uniper, and Norwegian Hydrogen will finalize a term sheet for hydrogen supply and offtake, aiming for a 10-year offtake contract for over 40,000 tonnes per annum of renewable green hydrogen from the Nordics to Germany, with execution expected after the European winter holiday period.

Latitude 66 (ASX:LAT)

Latitude 66 received final assays from diamond drilling at the K8, K10, and K12 prospects within its KSB project in Finland. A downhole electromagnetic survey was also completed at K8, revealing conductive anomalies both east and west of defined mineralization.

Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1)

Radiopharm Theranostics received approval from the Bellberry Human Research Ethics Committee to start its first-in-human phase one clinical study of radiotherapeutic 177Lu-labeled RAD 202 in breast and gastric cancers in Australia.
