消息面上，迈富时公告称，拟配售最多100万股新股份，占扩大后的已发行股本约0.42%，每股配售价为110港元，较上交易日收市价110.5港元折让约0.45%。
公告显示，配售所得款项净额将约为1.095亿港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用于以下用途：营销和销售领域AI 大模型技术的研发，包含训练Tforce 营销领域大模型、构建智能体中台，以及智能体在场景的商用落地；及营运资金及一般企业用途。
