港铁公司非执行董事林世雄退任 陈美宝接任
财中社12月17日电港铁公司（00066）发布公告，宣布董事及替任董事的变更。前运输及物流局局长林世雄于2024年12月5日起退任本公司非执行董事，同时不再担任提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员。林世雄确认与董事局没有意见分歧，且没有其他需要告知证券持有人的事项。
与此同时，陈美宝于同日出任运输及物流局局长，并成为本公司非执行董事、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员。陈美宝曾在多个决策局及部门任职，持有香港中文大学工商管理学士学位。公告中还说明，陈美宝在过去三年并未在其他上市公司担任董事职务，且与本公司及其主要股东没有关联关系。
