Casa (TYO:7196) incurred an attributable loss of 364 million yen for the nine months ended Oct. 31, compared with an attributable net income of 328 million yen in the year-ago period, a delayed filing posted on the Tokyo bourse on Tuesday said.
Basic loss per share in the three quarters was 36.13 yen, compared with earnings per share of 32.76 yen in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
The real estate management consulting and rent guarantee company saw an 8.4% rise in net sales to 9.05 billion yen in the nine months from 8.35 billion yen a year prior.
The company forecasts an attributable net income of 185 million yen, a basic EPS of 18.23 yen, net sales of 12.1 billion yen, and a total dividend of 30 yen per share for the year ending Jan. 31, 2025.
