涂鸦智能续签腾讯云服务协议 预计服务费上限达1200万元
涂鸦智能（02391/TUYA）发布公告，宣布与腾讯云续签云服务和技术服务框架协议。该协议将于2024年12月31日到期，续签后的有效期为2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日。根据协议，腾讯云将向公司提供包括计算与网络、云服务器、云数据库、云安全等在内的多项服务。
根据历史数据，2022年及2023年期间，协议下的服务费分别为1130万元和970万元。预计2025年、2026年及2027年年度上限的服务费均为1200万元。公告中提到，续签协议的交易将构成《上市规则》下的关联交易，年度上限的适用百分比率将超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需遵守相关的审计和公告规定，但可豁免独立财务意见及股东批准要求。
公司认为，与腾讯云的合作将有效提升信息技术效率，并减少管理资源和硬件采购的成本，符合公司及股东的整体利益。此项协议的续签反映出公司对云服务需求的持续增长，以及与腾讯云合作的成本效益。
