智通财经APP讯，同源康医药-B(02410)发布公告，于2024年12月18日，中国证监会已就H股全流通向公司发出备案通知书。根据备案通知书，有关公司25名股东持有约1.74亿股非上市股份转换为约1.74亿股H股的H股全流通的中国证监会备案已告完成。于完成有关转换及联交所授予上市批准后，该等约1.74亿股H股将于联交所主板上市及买卖。备案通知书将自中国证监会核准之日(即2024年12月18日)起12个月内有效。
于本公告日期，H股全流通的实施计划详情尚未最终确定。公司将根据上市规则项下的规定及╱或内幕消息条文适时就H股全流通的进展作出进一步公告。
