　　近日，网红博主王大发爆料知名艺人吴奇隆、刘诗诗已经离婚，相关话题登上热搜。目前，当事人双方未有回应。

　　吴奇隆、刘诗诗，曾合作《步步惊心》与《步步惊情》等多部电视剧，2016年两人举办婚礼。近年，吴奇隆、刘诗诗多次传出婚变的消息，但均未得到证实。

　　在2016年与吴奇隆婚礼举办前夕，刘诗诗获稻草熊影业20%的股权。当时A股上市公司暴风集团拟10.8亿元收购稻草熊影业60%的股权。若按当时的方案，刘诗诗将获6480万元现金、价值1.512亿元的暴风集团股票（合计价值约2.16亿元），当时一度被业界戏称为是吴奇隆给刘诗诗的“天价聘礼”。

　　目前刘诗施（刘诗诗）仍持有香港上市公司稻草熊娱乐（02125.HK）7，360万股股票，持股比例为10.70%，位列第三大股东，持股市值约4，048万港元。

　　稻草熊娱乐，于2021年1月15日在港交所主板挂牌上市，当时以每股5.88港元的价格发行1.6578亿股，募资约9.75亿港元。截至2024年12月20日午间收市，其收报0.55港元，较IPO发行价跌去90.65%，目前总市值约3.74亿港元。
