智通财经APP讯，商汤-W(00020)发布公告，配售协议载列的所有条件均已达成，而于2024年12月17日已根据配售协议的条款落实配售事项完成。
配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件，按每股配售股份1.50港元的配售价，向不少于六名承配人成功配售合共18.65亿股配售股份，相当于紧接配售事项完成前已发行B类股份数目约5.40%及已发行股份数目约5.31%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行B类股份数目约5.12%及现有已发行股份数目约5.04%。
配售事项的所得款项净额(扣除配售事项佣金及配售事项的其他相关成本及开支后)约为27.87亿港元。公司拟将有关所得款项净额主要用于支持公司的核心业务发展，包括打造行业领先的AI云、提升公司业界性能领先的商汤大装置的规模、支持生成式人工智能(包括大模型研究及产品开发)的进一步发展，并用作公司的一般营运资金。
