TeleChoice International (SGX:T41) said its unit NxGen Communications will pay $444,000 to settle a legal dispute with an Australian vendor over a partner agreement, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The settlement resolves all claims without admitting liability and will see the case dismissed with no order as to costs.
