智通财经APP获悉，美国证券交易委员会(SEC)文件显示，美国当选总统特朗普周二将所持1.1475亿股特朗普媒体科技集团(DJT.US)股份全数转移至可撤销信托Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust，当中不涉任何金钱交易，特朗普为该信托的唯一受益人。按特朗普媒体科技集团周四收盘价每股35.41美元计算，该转移涉及股票总值逾40亿美元。
受此消息影响，截至发稿，特朗普媒体科技集团周五美股盘前跌超4%。
SEC文件指出，由于特朗普是该信托的受益人，他现在“间接”拥有他转让的特朗普媒体科技集团股份。据悉，特朗普一直是特朗普媒体科技集团最大的个人股东，持股比例接近57%。
此外，特朗普的儿子Donald Trump Jr.为该信托的唯一受托人，对该信托拥有的所有证券拥有唯一的投票权和投资权。
值得一提的是，在2017年首次就任总统之前，特朗普曾向同一个可撤销信托进行了类似的转移。当时特朗普的会计师事务所Mazars制作的报告显示，当时特朗普将各种房地产、资产和负债转移到了该可撤销信托。
