ESR Group (HKG:1821) subsidiaries completed the sale of their stakes in Ara Private Funds business outside the US on Friday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The sale of the ARA Private Funds Business in the US was previously completed on Oct. 1.
The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the sale in March.
