1丨小菜园上市首日尾盘飙涨13.65%，市值113.7亿港元

12月20日，餐饮连锁品牌小菜园在港交所挂牌上市，尾盘大幅拉升，收涨13.65%,市值113.7亿港元。此前公司公告称，香港IPO面向散户的公开发售部分获得1.44倍认购。国际配售股份获得1.29倍认购。公司以每股8.50港元发行约1.01亿股股票，筹资8.6亿港元。

成立于2013年的小菜园于当年在安徽开出第一家门店，后陆续拓展至江苏、上海、浙江、北京、湖北、天津、广东、河北、河南、山东、陕西、江西等地区，除“小菜园”外另打造了“观邸”、“复兴楼”、“菜手”等品牌。

2丨阿维塔目标2026年IPO，已完成C轮超110亿元融资

日前，阿维塔宣布完成超过110亿元的C轮融资，由长安汽车、渝富系基金、南方资产系基金、国投系基金、交银投资以及其他战略和市场化投资人共同出资。

阿维塔科技总裁陈卓发文称，目前阿维塔已进入快速发展期，将全力争取2026年IPO，同时开启相关准备工作。

C轮融资将加速助推阿维塔当期经营及未来新豪华核心竞争力的持续打造，主要用于引望公司投资，以及后续车型的研发设计、产线投入、市场品牌发展、渠道建设等方面，并补充企业流动资金。
