据报道，苹果计划从明年开始推出一款比目前型号（约8毫米厚）更薄的iPhone以提振该产品线销量，与Pro系列相比，这款新型号将以更低的价格推出，并通过精简相机配置来减少成本。此外，苹果正在开发两种不同尺寸的折叠设备。较大款在打开时屏幕尺寸约为19英寸，可以作为笔记本电脑使用，其屏幕大小类似于一些桌面显示器；而较小的型号展开后的屏幕尺寸将超越iPhone 16 Pro Max，设计上更倾向于提供一个大屏幕的折叠iPhone体验。
