国泰航空(00293.HK) 公布，有关建议回购2026年到期67.4亿元2.75厘有担保可转换债券，根据参考股价9.3663元，回购价格已厘定为现有债券本金金额的120.472%。
由于在香港联交所之每股股份成交量加权平均价格于八个指定交易日超过9.65元，调减前获接纳债券的本金总额被扣减，以使获接纳债券的本金总额为44.62亿元。各相关债券持有人的调减前获接纳债券按比例被减少。债券持有人据此而重新要约出售的重新要约出售债券的本金总额为9,600万元，发行人已接纳全部该等重新要约，并将在回购完成后予以注销。
