MSM International (SGX:5QR) has sold 39.5 million shares in Malaysia's Cosmos Technology International (KLSE:COSMOS) for 15.6 million ringgit as of Dec. 19 as part of a deal in November for the disposal of a 21% stake in the associated company, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The disposals include 5.1 million shares sold to ISET on Dec. 19 for 2.02 million ringgit. The company retains 11.6% ownership in Cosmos, representing 29.75 million shares, following the completion of the partial disposal.
The remaining 14.36 million shares, worth 5.7 million ringgit, are expected to be sold to Foong Wei Kuong by Feb. 13, 2025.
