智通财经APP获悉，周五美股交易中，特朗普媒体科技集团(DJT.US)跌近7%，报33.25美元。消息面上，美国证券交易委员会(SEC)文件显示，特朗普此前将所持1.1475亿股特朗普媒体科技集团股份全数转移至可撤销信托Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust，当中不涉任何金钱交易，特朗普为该信托的唯一受益人。按特朗普媒体科技集团周四收盘价每股35.41美元计算，该转移涉及股票总值逾40亿美元。
