浙江沪杭甬签署1164万元交通项目合同
财中社12月20日电浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告称，2024年12月20日，公司相关附属公司与联合体签订了收费站综合整治项目合同及道路设施综合提升项目合同。这些合同旨在整合和更新高速公路收费站附属设施，以及进行基础设施整治和事故预防措施。
在收费站综合整治项目中，合同总价为677万元，设计期不超过20日历天，工期不超过60日历天，缺陷责任期不少于24个月。道路设施综合提升项目的合同总价为487万元，其中包括拥堵治理建设项目和涉路安全设施改造提升项目的费用。合同规定，服务费将分期支付，主要在项目交工验收后支付98%的结算价，剩余部分在缺陷责任期满后支付。
根据公告，因与联合体的交易涉及的百分比率超过0.1%但少于5%，因此须遵守上市规则第十四A章的申报及公告规定，但免于独立股东批准。合同的签订是为了提升交通安全和效率，确保公司在与相关方的交易中遵循公平合理的商业条款。
