智通财经APP讯，腾盛博药-B(02137)发布公告，董事有意根据股东于2024年6月25日通过的决议案授予董事的一般授权(购回授权)行使其权力，以购回不超过于2024年6月25日的已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份(定义见上市规则))10%的公司股份。就公司根据购回授权购回的股份而言，公司可注销有关股份及╱或将其持作库存股份，视乎(其中包括)进行购回相关时间的市况及公司的资本管理需求而定。
考虑到公司股价现时处于业绩、资产价值及业务前景被低估的水平，董事会于 2024年12月20日决议动用购回授权，不时因应市况于公开市场积极推行场内股份购回计划。根据该股份购回计划，用于购回股份的资金总额不超过6000万港元，股份购回计划的期限自本公告日期起至公司于2025年举行下届股东周年大会之日止。
同时，董事会主席Zhi Hong博士已于较早前获得董事会批准购入不超过200万股股份。截至本公告日期，Hong博士已购入49.95万股股份。于本公告日期，Hong博士于4129.78万股股份中拥有证券及期货条例第XV部所界定的权益或被视为于其中拥有权益，占已发行股份总数约5.65%。鉴于彼对公司前景及未来潜力充满信心，彼计划于批准的限额内进一步增持公司股权。
股份购回计划可进一步反映公司对旗下业务前景及展望充满信心，最终将使公司受益，并为股东缔造价值。董事会相信，凭借现有财务资源，公司可在维持稳健财务状况的情况下根据股份购回计划实施股份购回。
