香港二手楼价指数连跌两周后反弹。反映主要大型屋苑二手住宅楼市走势的中原城市领先指数（CCL）最新报138.16点，按周升0.41%，终止两周连跌，是12月1日中央政府恢复深圳“一签多行”政策当周的市况。CCL连续七周于138点水平徘徊，期间4升3跌，最高138.8点，最低137.59点。

　　中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，市场上笋盘大部分已被消耗，而且圣诞长假将至，节日气氛浓厚，买家暂缓入市，二手成交持续淡静，楼价反复争持的局面未变。相信短期CCL继续于136点到140点徘徊。昨天香港本地银行宣布第三次减息后的市况，仍有待观察。

　　她表示，CCL继续处于逾8年低位，在2016年9月底水平徘徊，今年楼价暂时累跌6.15%。12月19日美联储宣布减息0.25厘，香港主要银行宣布下调最优惠利率0.125厘，12月18日港铁东涌东站第一期物业发展项目合计收到4份标书，对本地二手楼价的影响将于明年1月上旬公布的CCL才开始反映。
