智通财经APP获悉，时代电气(03898)午前涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.1%，报31.6港元，成交额8568.19万港元。
消息面上，时代电气发布公告，于2024年12月13日，该公司与中车株洲所、襄阳中车电机、中车电动及中车商用车动力签署股权转让协议。根据股权转让协议，该公司同意收购而转让方同意出售其所持有的中车商用车动力合计100%股权，股权转让对价总额约为人民币1.07亿元。于股权转让完成后，公司将直接持有中车商用车动力100%股权，中车商用车动力将成为公司的全资附属公司及中车商用车动力的财务业绩将并入该集团财务报表。
公告称，公司致力于成为全球一流汽车电驱零部件及系统集成商，商用车电驱业务的并购，有利于加速实现公司汽车电驱产业的规划目标，持续做大做强新能源汽车电驱产业板块，实现公司电驱产业规模的持续增长和地位的稳步提升。
