国证国际发表报告指，近期在国家能源局的统筹组织下，中电联会同国网、南网、大型发电集团等20多家单位共同编制了《蓝皮书》，系统总结中国电力市场建设成就，深入分析形势及挑战，提出了下一步深入推进全国统一电力市场建设的发展路径以及重点任务。《蓝皮书》首次明确了全国统一电力市场发展的“路线图”和“时间表”，为中国电力市场的健康、有序、高效发展提供明确方向。
该行指，新能源进入市场交易较之前预期加速，对新能源电力运营企业入市有合理回报提升政策预期。目前港股电力运营商板块整体估值仍属较低，多个股票的股息率超过6%，建议投资者关注低估值高股息的优质电力运营商如华润电力(00836.HK) 及优质的新能源电力运营企业龙源电力(00916.HK) 及新天绿色能源(00956.HK) 等。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-12-19 16:25。)
