协鑫科技获超7亿美元加持
新华财经南京12月19日电（记者朱程）19日，协鑫科技发布公告，公司完成15.6亿股配售，配售价每股1港元。同时，公司将发行可转债5亿美元，综合来看，协鑫科技此次可获得超7亿美元资金加持。
公告显示，12月18日，协鑫科技与配售代理订立配售协议。协议明确，承配人将认购最多15.6亿股股份，配售价为每股1港元。若所有配售股份获全部配售，预期配售事项的所得款项总额约为15.6亿港元。此外，协鑫科技正与潜在独立投资者磋商可能发行及认购可换股债券，预期本金总额最高达5亿美元。
据悉，配售对象和可转债发行对象，主要来自海外的国家主权基金和世界顶级家族基金。
协鑫科技相关负责人表示，这次获7亿美元加持，与海外资本看好颗粒硅竞争力不无关系。按照中国光伏行业协会编制的《中国光伏产业发展路线图》，2023年多晶硅的行业平均综合电耗水平是57度／Kg，而协鑫科技颗粒硅综合电耗却低至13.8度／Kg。
