　　绿叶制药（02186）发布公告，获公司的执行董事兼执行主席刘殿波通知，彼于2024年12月18日透过其受控法团绿叶制药投资有限公司于市场内购入合共公司的200万股普通股，平均购入价为每股股份约2.2299港元。进行购买后及于本公告日期，刘先生于12.61亿股股份中拥有权益，占公司已发行股本总额约33.53%。

　　如刘先生所告知，彼对公司的增长、发展及未来前景充满信心，并可能于适当时在适用法律及法规的规限下进一步增加彼于股份的权益。
