联想控股子公司签3.66亿煤炭外包协议
财中社12月20日电联想控股（03396）发布公告，子公司郭庄矿业与关联公司联泓新科于2024年12月19日签订了2025煤炭及劳务外包服务协议。根据该协议，郭庄矿业将继续向联泓新科提供煤炭和劳务外包服务，交易总金额（不含税）上限为3.66亿元。此协议将在联泓新科股东大会确认后正式生效。
自2022年1月1日至2024年11月30日，郭庄矿业向联泓新科提供的煤炭及劳务外包服务的过往交易金额分别为：供煤炭4.33亿元、2亿元、1.73亿元；提供劳务外包服务1623万元、1450万元、1264万元。根据上市规则第14A章，2025煤炭及劳务外包服务协议将构成公司的持续关联交易，年度上限适用百分比高于0.1%但低于5%。
