智通财经APP获悉，部分钢铁股上扬，截至发稿，重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨4.21%，报0.99港元；马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨2.92%，报1.41港元；鞍钢股份(00347)涨2.65%，报1.55港元；中国东方集团(00581)涨0.87%，报1.16港元。
消息面上，国务院国资委印发《关于改进和加强中央企业控股上市公司市值管理工作的若干意见》，其中要求中央企业和控股上市公司要高度重视控股上市公司破净问题，将解决长期破净问题纳入年度重点工作，指导长期破净上市公司制定披露估值提升计划并监督执行。
华创证券此前指，目前钢铁板块中有较多连续12个月持续破净的企业，该行认为，以上企业有望制定切实估值提升计划，公司估值水平有望得到修复。光大证券近日指出，在证监会要求上市公司加强市值管理的大背景下，建议关注估值较低、盈利稳健的金属国央企，建议关注鞍钢股份、重庆钢铁等。
