Crown International (HKG:0727) proposed to change its name to Capital International Group, as it will better reflect the direction of future development of the company, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The name change is subject to approval from the stakeholders during an extraordinary general meeting and approval from Hong Kong regulators.
