Meta Health (SGX:5DX) allotted and issued 23,331,000 consideration shares to Lian Ah Lek, pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of a 55% stake in Jas Medical Screening Centre, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
A total of 2,133,240 initial introducer shares were also allotted and issued to Christopher Lim Chun Ghee, pursuant to the introducer agreement.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist board on or around Dec. 19.
Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the total number of issued and paid up Meta shares has increased to 1,056,312,116 shares.
