Veralto said its board had approved a 22% increase to the company's quarterly dividend, raising it to 11 cents per share from 9 cents.
The new dividend, 44 cents on an annual basis, represents a dividend yield of about 0.4%, based on the company's closing share price of $101.33 on Thursday.
The dividend is payable on Jan. 31, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31.
Veralto's companies include Aquatic Informatics, Hach and Pantone.
